Great food. Nice to have a change from the usual food available in Maungaturoto. Very tasty. We had three platters with a different meat with each of the choices - brisket, pork belly and ribs - chicken and chips, lamb burger and pork butt fries (crazy name, more commonly known as loaded fries). Really enjoyed the coleslaw despite there being no carrot in it. Very nice dressing.
We had the The Smoldering Hog turn up in their caravan & cater for our Ballance Agri-Nutrients Christmas work doo last night. They were awesome, food was on point, & it set such a cool atmosphere with the caravan & wonderful smells. Thank you, much appreciated 🤩 From the “Christmas Tree” 😂
We got the team from The Smoldering Hog to cater for an end of year lunch on our Construction Site. They were very easy to deal with and friendly.
